Refund Policy

This policy explains when STR Radar will issue refunds for paid subscriptions and how to request them.

1. First-time subscription purchases

We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscription purchases. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge.

2. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a renewal period has started, unless required by law or approved as an exception.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

4. How to request a refund

Send your request from the same email used at checkout to support@strradar.org and include the billing email and reason for the request.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional processing time depending on your payment provider.
