1. Service overview

STR Radar is operated by strradar ("strradar", "we", "us", or "our"). STR Radar is a subscription software service that monitors short-term rental regulation sources, summarizes changes, and provides workflow guidance for hosts, operators, and small teams.

2. Business and billing transparency

STR Radar is offered under the strradar name. Customer support is available at support@strradar.org, and operational alert or access emails may come from alerts@updates.strradar.org. Subscription billing is processed through Paddle at checkout, and transactional email delivery may use providers described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Informational use only

STR Radar provides operational monitoring and summaries of public regulatory sources. It does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing official source material and obtaining professional advice where needed.

4. Accounts and access

You must use accurate checkout and account information. Access is licensed, not sold, and is limited to the plan, cities, and seats included in your subscription.

5. Billing and renewals

Paid plans renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown during checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to interfere with the service, share paid access beyond your plan, scrape protected content in bulk, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but regulatory source sites and third-party services may change, rate-limit, or become unavailable without notice.

8. Changes to the service

We may update pricing, features, monitored cities, and delivery methods from time to time. Material billing changes will apply prospectively.
